If you answered yes to any of these questions, the Ozark Literacy Council may be just right for you. We are looking for volunteers for many areas of our program. We have long term, short term, and “anywhere in between” term opportunities for volunteering. Please take a look at the list of volunteer opportunities below and contact us if you are interested. We are always looking for help in these areas and training is provided.

Event planners and manpower are needed for various events and activities.
Many other opportunities are also available. Let us know your expertise. Maybe we can use it!

 

Tutor Training
The Ozark Literacy Council needs your help. We are seeking volunteers to serve as reading tutors and English as a second language (ESL) tutors for students of all levels. We offer workshop training as well as materials and staff support. Volunteering is very rewarding and great fun! Registration forms need to be submitted no later than one week prior to each workshop date. Please call or come by our office for more information.
