This is an anonymous survey.  Please do not enter your name in any of the fields.   Fill out as honestly as possible.  We want to know what you really think!  We want things to run as smoothly as possible and any information you can give us is greatly appreciated.  Thanks for all of your hard work.
1) How long have you been tutoring at the Ozark Literacy Council?
2) Have you ever tutored or taught before coming to OLC?
3) Do you enjoy working with your student?
4) Do you find that help is available from OLC staff when you need it?
5) Do you use computers in addition to other activities in your lessons?
6) What do you find are the most effective activities in your lessons?
7) Do you feel that training is adequate for new tutors at OLC?
8) Would you be interested in a tutor roundtable where current tutors can get together and discuss techniques, methods, problems, etc.?
9) Would you be interested in additional workshops to learn about the computer software, workbooks, or other activities that may not have been covered in the original tutor training?
